Billed according to the fee schedule for attorneys for property prescribed under the Substitute Decisions Act (Ontario), but with a minimum fee of $5,000.00, as confirmed in an engagement agreement signed before the Power of Attorney appointing Kanadario is signed, or on an hourly rate basis, as agreed, with a minimum fee of $5,000, as confirmed in an engagement agreement signed before the Will appointing Kanadario is signed, or as confirmed in the order of the Superior Court appointing Kanadario as estate trustee.

Billed as a fixed fee, or on an hourly rate basis, as agreed, with a minimum fee of $5,000, as confirmed in an engagement agreement.

Billed as a percentage of the value of the original assets of the estate, all receipts and disbursements to and from the estate and an annual care and management fee, according to the “usual percentages” compensation allowed by the Superior Court of Ontario, - or on an hourly rate basis, as agreed, with a minimum fee of $5,000, as confirmed in an engagement agreement signed before the Will appointing Kanadario is signed, or as confirmed in the order of the Superior Court appointing Kanadario as estate trustee.”
